Water boils at a 2oF lower temperature for every 1,000’ increase in elevation. This lower temperature results in under extracted coffee that produces a watery, unremarkable taste experience. Chef Shelton has done it again by formulating a coffee specifically to produce a balanced, wonderful coffee in high elevation environments.
